How do I know the bracelet will fit?

Unicorn Soul bracelets are flexible and can be adjusted to fit almost any wrist size. Just hold, squeeze and size it to your wrist dimensions… make sure it’s comfortable and secure!

What are the bracelets made of?

Our bracelets are made of high-quality stainless steel and sterling silver.

Can I have custom bracelets designed?

Yes, we love creating custom bracelets. Email unicorn@unicornsouljewelry.com, Subject: Custom Bracelet, for more information. For custom orders, orders must be for 50 or more bracelets.

May I change my order?

We love to accommodate our unicorns, but once an order is placed, we can’t make changes.

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

Once the bracelet packaging has been opened, we cannot accept returns/exchanges.
Otherwise, if you wish to return the product, it must be done within 5 business days of receipt of the bracelets. Ship the bracelet back to us, and your refund will be issued in 5 – 7 business days.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment.

How soon should I expect to receive my order?

We ship orders within two business days, and orders placed in the United States take an average of 5 – 7 business days to get to our unicorns. International orders could take up to 21 business days to get to you.
